IN pursuance of " The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," sec. 14, I hereby give notice that the following candidates have been duly nominated to fill the office of Member of the Akaroa mid Wainui Road Board :— Brooks, Thomas Chappell, Edwin Lelievre, Etienne E. The above number of Candidates being in excess of the number required, I hereby give notice that a POLL will be taken at the office of the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board, Duvauchelle's Bay, for the election of ONE of the above Candidates to fill the said office, on FRIDAY, the 21et day of March, 1879.
