No one allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber of not less than One (.uinea to the race fund. Three horses to start, or no race. All horses starting must iace the distance, or they will not be allowed lo compete for the Consolation Stakes. District horses shall mean horses that are the bona fide property of. owners resident in the County of Akaroa three months previous to the races.
