A first offender, charged with this offence, was discharged with a caution. • His Worship remarked on the.practice which'existed of supplying liquor to men already intoxicated, and said it was time it was put a stop to. In future when a man was found drunk in. a public-house, he directed the pplice to proceed against the publican as 'well as locking up the culprit. ' • ' ;
