Catch weights. Races to start at noon, promptly. RULES. The C. J. C. rules strictly adhered to. No one allowed to enter ahorse unless a subscriber of not less than One Guinea to the race fund. Three horses to start, or no race. All horses starting must race the distance, or they will not be allowed to compete for the Consolation Stakes. District horses shall mean horees that are the bona tide property of owners resident in the County of Akaroa three months previous to the races.
