THE undersigned has been instructed to offer by Public Auction, on the above date— ALL THOSE VALUABLE PREMISES known as GARWOOD'S HOUSE ON THE HILL-TOP," together with 104 * Acres really first-class GRAZING LAND, situated on the saddle between Barry's Bay and Little River, and having an extensive frontage on the coach road between Christchurch and Akaroa. The above Hotel, containing 14 rooms, is in thorough good repair, substantially built, and has a handsome appearance. The out-buildings, yards, &c, &c, connected with,the Hotel are as follows :— Stables, containing Eleven Stalls and one Loose Box. Large Dairy and Cheese-room, recently erected. Cow Bails and Stock Yards, in good order. Sheep Yard, covering about £ of an acre. Garden of about £ an acre, well stocked with Fruit Trees.
