The Prince of Wales, Prince Leopold, and Prince Frekerick Christian left England to attend the funeral of the Princess Alice, The Governor of the Cape has now sent his ultimatum to Cetywayo, Constantinople, Dec. 15. The Russians are apparently preparng to evacuate Adrianople.
