BEING relieved from the arduous duties of a councillor, I (that is, -what is left of me) shall now be at ' ib er ty to devote more time to my business and the wants of my patrons. I shall now have time to make a thorough overhaul of my stock, and if I can give anything l away, of course I shall do so; in any case, those who want bargains had better come before they are all gone. I have a large assortment of Files on hand, especially suitable for schoolmasters, B.A's, or in fact anyone doing a large trade in bills.
