Great disasters from fire are reported from various parts of England. Some paper mills at ;JS"orwich, have been destroyed, also the" Great' Eastern Co.'s railway works at Ipswich., [In.a , terrible fire at Birmingham, four lives we;e lost. President MacMah'on has signed 80 pardons and commutations of sentence for Communists! Severe shocks of earthquake have been felt on the Rhine and in Belgium. During three ;months, 521 persons have been convicted of insulting the German Emperor.
