"VTOTICE is hereby given, that in J_N terms of the " Public Works Act, 1876," section 93, and subsection 11, the above road hereinafter described is hereby STOPPED, and ceases to be a public highway. description : ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND containing One Acre One Rood and Thirty-two Perches (more or less), and being portion of sections 752, 856, and 332, situated in Duvauchelle's Bay, Berard Riding, County of Akaroa, and bounded on the North by a line starting from the Harbor Beach, and bearing 275*31, 173 links ; and by a line bearing 304*45, 266 links; and by a line bearing 298*31, 210 links; and by a line bearing 278*34,178 links ; and by a fine bearing 294*28, 416 links; and by a line bearing 386*43, 284 iinks.
