AKAROA RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

Tuesday, July 30.

(Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M.)

The Bench considered that by the terms of the agreement he was responsible for the bullocks, and accordingly fined the defendant 10s and cost. The Court then adjourned.
