Brisbane; July 27.
The steamer Success was wrecked at midnight on July 8, on an unknown sunken reef off Russell Island. The carpenter, steward, cook, and cabin boy, with some provisions, took a boat and landed on Hincbinbrook Island, and were rescued by the steamer Victoria. The Success slipped of the reef and disappeared.
