Tuesday, July 23. (Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M.) CATTLE TRESPASS. In the case of H. H. Fenton judgment had been reserved. Defendant's objection was now sustained, and the case dismissed. P. O'Reilly and E. Ditely.—Adjourned to .next Court day. W. Higginson was fined 10s and costs. Civil Cases. ■ • Porter v. Glynan.—This case had been adjourned from a former sitting. Judgment was now, given for plaintiff for £9 15s and costs.
Glynan v. Porter.—Claim for half-cost of fence. This was also an adjourned case. Plaintiff was non-suited. Notice of appeal was given. Chadwick; P. Malm'anche.—Judgment for pTaintifE with cost. Thomas v. Thomas.—Adjourned to next sitting. TRANSFER OF LICENSE. The license of Wagstaft's Hotel was transferred from H. Wagstaff to W.H. Bennett. The Court then adjourned.
