AKAROA AND WAINUI ROAD BOARD ELECTION OF MEMBER. I HEREBY give notice, that in consequence of the failure of election on the 13th instant, an extraordinary vacancy has occurred in the Board, in accordance with clause 110 of the " Canterbury Road Ordinance, 1872," and that an election to fill the same will be held at the Office of the Road Board, on SATURDAY, the 3rd day of AUGUST next, at the hour of noon.
