Notwithstanding the refusal of the Porte, Austria will occupy Bosnia and Herzegovina. Under the sanction of the Powers, Russia receives from Kilia to the Pruth, and Roumania from Silistria to Mongolia. The Powers are urging the acceptance by Turkey of the Austrian occupation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Vienna, July 1. Austria is massing troops on the frontier. . . . . :' (special to the press agency). London, July 3. At the Congress, Austria demanded the freedom and neutrality of the Danube towns. Peace is understood to be admitted. Bismarck warned Russia that in the event of failure in payment no territory shall be claimable. The European settlement of boundaries is final.
