Tuesday, June 10. (Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., E.M.) CATTLE TRESPASS. Edward Staples aiid G-. Black were respectively fined 5s and costa for the above offence. Civil Cases. Mrs G. A. Oborn v Mrs M. Brough.— Claim, £13 18s 10 jd ; judgment for plaintiff for amount chained with costs. H. Billens v the same.—Claim, £18 Is id ; judgment for plaintiff for £17 18s Yd, costs to be divided. The Court then adjourned.
