G-bass Seed. — Cocksfoot cannot be quoted at over Gd per lb for the best sample*. Potatoes.— Very few lots are offering. The yield has net as a rule been equal to the producers'expectations. This coupled with the short Victorian production will have a strong tendency to sustain the rates here. There are free buyers at 47s Gd per ton for present delivery. CfiEKf-E aud Burruu.—Butter is in better request, for prime potted parcels, B£d to 9d pe* lb can be obtained. The demand is .limited. Cheese is saleable at sjd to Gd per lb.
