The following is the report for the week ending Friday evening April s:— Grass Seed.—Cocksfoot is saleable at 6d to 6|_ per lb. Potatoes —Sales have been made during the. week at from 42s Gd to 47s 6d per ton. There are few orders in the market. Butter.—The market is very dull. with little or no inquiry. ; For export outside the New Zealand ports the price Is nominal. INTERPROVINCIAL .COMMERCIAL TELEGRAMS. Auckland, April, 5. Flour.new, £14, old £13 ; potatoes, £3, cheese, 7d ; butter, 9d. Hides l£d to 3|d per pound ; pelt?, 4d to 8d ; sheepskins, ls 9d to 3s 6d ; lamb skins. 2s 6d to 2s 9d ; wool locks, 6£d to 7£d ; fleece is grease, 7d to B£d ; lambswool, B^d.
