THE RUSSO-TURKISH WAR
(Reuters special to the Press Agency). London, March 21. The Emperor of Russia refuses to reduce the indemnity of 300,000,000 roubles demanded from Turkey. The Times published a summary of the official list of the treaty of peace, which consists of 26 articles. They agree in substance with the recent versions. The war indemnity is 14,000,000,0000f roubles, 1,100,000,000 being accepted in the shape of territory, leaving payment of 300,000,000 subject to arrangement.
