F. Arming v. Clements.—Claim, £18 13s Bd. Judgment by default for amount claimed with costs. G. R. Jobiin v. A. D. Allan.—Mr Nalder appeared for the defendant. Claim £43 15s for fencing done on defendant's land. Judgment reserved to Tuesday, 12th. The Court then adjourned.
