Friday, Feb. 15. (Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M.) Civil Case.
T. M'lntosh v. John Buckley.—There being no appearance of either plaintiff or defendant, the case was dismissed.
Saturday, Feb. 16. (Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M.) larceny. E. C. Latter v. L. Perham.—This case was brought forward as an alleged case of larceny of grass seed. After hearing the evidence adduced, the Bench ordered the defendant to pay the sum of 20s above the value of the grass seed alleged to be stolen, but which was returned, costs £2 13s, or in default 14 days' imprisonment. The Court then adjourned.
