AKAROA AND WAINUI ROAD BOARD ~XT~OTICE is hereby given to all perI N sons affected, that the said Board intend taking for the purpose of road diversion, at the Horseshoe Bend, all those pieces of land situate in Robinson's Bay, County of Akaroa, belonging to George Breitmeyor, farmer, of the same place, being parts of section 580, as described in the map of the Chief Surveyor of Canterbury, and containing by admeasurement 2 roods 22 perches, as more particularly delineated on a plan deposited at the office of the said Road Board, and which is open for inspection by all persons, at all reasonable hours. And notice is also hereby given, that all persons affected by the same, shall set forth in writing their objections to the execution of such work, or the taking of such lands within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, addressed to the Chairman of the said Road Board, in terms of clauses 21 and 22 of the , " Public Works Act, 1876."
