TN accordance with the provisions of JL the " Rating Act, 1876," notice is hereby given, that the Valuation List of the Okain's Road District for the year 1878 is NOW OPEN FOR INSPECTION at the Library, Okain's i Bay, Little Akaloa, and Le Bon's Bay, until the 15th February. Ail objections thereto must be left at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Akaroa, on or before the 15th day of February next, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objection must be left at the Road Board Office, Okain's Bay, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court, of which due notice will be given.
