TO THE EDITOR OF THE AKAROA MAIL. Sir, —I notice that at the last.meeting of the Lakes Forsyth and Ellesmere Reclamation Trust, some members were conspicuous by their absence. Considering the importance of: the work committed to their charge, I do hope they will give every possible attention to it, and endeavour, as their Chairman remarked, to bring the work to a successful issue.
