HHHE Pigeon Bay Road Board hereby -L give public notice, that in accord-, ance with clause 93, sub-sections 1 to 12 of the " Public Works Act, 1877," it is their intention to stop that part of the road to Kay's Gully, M'lntosh, Decanter, and Little Akaloa Bays, beginning at the Beach, and running through rural sections No. 172, 2493, 3076", 6580, 6709, and terminating at the upper boundary line of the last mentioned section, as shewn on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the Provincial District of Canterbury, and to substitute in lieu thereof a road through rural section 172, as also shewn on the map of the Chief Surveyor, and on plans prepared by the Board, which may be seen at the Road Board Office, or at Mr Robinson's store.
