Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," clause 14, I hereby give public notice, that the following candidates have been duly NOMINATED, as required by the said Act, as Councillors for the Borough of Akaroa, in room of the present Council, who retire in terms of the Municipal Corporations Act," clause 67, viz.:— William Meech .
