Stafford House subscriptions for wounded Turks almost all embezzled by Turkish'officials, and soldiers leit with- j out surgical aid. City of New York, with London mails of July 26th, left Frisco on 15th instant for Auckland, via Honolulu. 1 Zealandia, with New Zealand July' mails, arrived at Frisco on 22nd' inst.,making "passage in 21 days. Calling at' Honolulu has been resumed, and contractors notify intention to continue doing so.
