Monday Evening, 8.30 p.m

There is no change in parties.—The Financial Statement will be made tomorrow evening, and probably a meeting of the members of the Opposition will be held on Wednesday, when something may be resolved on.—At present there is no organization whatever, the debate on the Charitable Institutions Bill will will be resumed to-morrow. The Bill will be strongly opposed as being unsound in principle, and it is possible it will either be thrown out, or withdrawn.— The debate on the Education Bill will be resumed on Thursday or Friday, and may extend over ten days.—The clause imposing ten shillings fee will meet with strong opposition.
