Morey, to. offer for Sale at their office, on the 28 th instant the following Valuable Properties— THE GREHAN ROAD BRICK YARD containing four and a quarter acres of Land, in grass, well fenced This property is admirably adapted for carrying on the manufacture of bricks, Tiles, Drain-pipes, &c. Mr. Morey has successfully carried on the above business, and offers satisfactory reasons for relinquishing the trade. On the South-east by a line bearing 246*43, 100 links, and by the Akaroa and Christchurch Road. On the South and on the South-west by six lines, with bearings and distances as follows, namely : 336*43, 246 links ; 294*28, 364 links; 278*34 178 links ; 298*31, 232 links; 304-45, 246 links; 275*31, 117 links. On the West by a line bearing 348*00, 105 links ; and by the chain reserve on the harbour high-water margin to the starting point, as the same is more par- j ticularly delineated on the plan lying at the said Road Board Office.
