The Russians have arrived at Selvi (about fifty miles south-west of Sistova.) Nine thousand Russians have crossed the Danube at Sistova. The Turkish ironclads have bombarded Eupatoria in the Crimea. Four ironclads have reinforced the British squadron in the Mediterranean.
