"VTOTICE is hereby given, that in I_N terms of "The Public Works Act, 1876," sec. 93, and sub sees. 1 to 3, the above Board proposes to take ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND containing One Acre One Rood and Thirty-two Perches (more or less), and being portion of sections 752, 856, and 332, situated in Duvauchelle's Bay, Berard Riding, County of Akaroa, and bounded on the North by a line starting from the Harbour Beach, and bearing 275:31, 173 links; and by a line bearing 304*45, 266 links ; and by a line bearing 298*31, 210 links ; and by a line bearing 278*34,178 links ; and by a line bearing 294*58, 416 links ; and by a line bearing 336*43, 384 links. On the South-east by a line bearing 246*43, 100 links, and by the Akaroa and Christchurch Road. On the South and on the South-west by six lines, with bearings and distances as follows, namely : 336*43, 246 links ; 294*28, 364 links ; 278*34 178 links ; 298-31, 232 links; 304*45, 246 links ;• 275*31, 117 links.
