[Per Submarine Cable.J Singapore, June 13. The Pasha's despatches report that the Russians are retreating between liars and Erzeroum. Olti has been abandoned and retaken "by the Turks. A general rising is expected at Candia. The Russian Government have ordered a military levy of two hundred and fifty thousand men. There are insurrectionary agitations at Epirus and Thessaly.
