The Akaroa Mail. TUESDAY, MAY 1, 1877.
The importance of the news likely to arrive from Europe has induced us to make arrangements for the supply of cablegrams daily. Whenever intelligence of an interesting character reaches us from what is probably now the seat of war, we shall at once publish a placard, which will be affixed outside the Mail office, so that the public may become acquainted with the news as early as possible.
