Tidmarsii.—On the 22nd March, 187G, atEwelme, Oxfordshire, England, H. M. Tidmarsh, aged 89i years, one of the gallant crew of 11. M. S. " Shannon " during her memorable engagement with the " Chesapeake ;" and a relative of . Mr. T. Warner, Wainui. Rix. —At Little Akaloa, on the 2nd instant, Martha, the beloved wife of Mr. loshua Rix, aged 56 years. Deeply regretted by a large circle of friends. Deceased was formerly of London.
