IN terms of Clause 40 of " Rating Act, 1876," notice is herebj given, that it is the intention of the Borough Council to make a RATE of ONE SHILLINGin the POUND upon the rateable value of the property in the Borough, for the year commencing Ist April,lß77, and ending 31st March, 1878.
