All objections thereto must be left at the Resident Magistrate's Court, addressed to the Assessment Court, on or before the 15th of February next, and a copy of such objection must be left at the office of the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court. "VTOTIOE is hereby gnfen, that io _IN terms of sec. 20 of the Public ' Health Act, 1876, the Governor .in Council having declared the following DISEASES INFECTIOUS within the meaning of the said Act^ia*: — Cholera Small-pox: Scarlatina Diptheria Enteric or Typhoid FeVer Typhus Fever, and Measles It is further required' br the said Act, clause 28, that when> a householder knows that a persp#'within the house occupied by him, is taken sick of any of the above diseases/ be shall immediately give notice thereof to the Local Board. If he refuses or neglects to give stfch notice, he shall forfeit a siim not exceeding ten pounds. It shall be the duty of the medical practitioner in attendance in such case to state to the householder as , early as possible the infectious nature of such disease.
