Sir Roger took the first prize at Christchurch Slioav when a yearling, and has never been shown since. He Avas got by the well-knoAvn Norfolk Trotter, Shales, out of Cosset, imported from Tasmania. Shales Avas bred by John ThurloAv Thwaites, Esq., of Carleton Forehoe, Wymondham, Norfolk, England. It will be seen by his pedigree and remarkable weight-carrying qualities, that he is the only horse Avhicii suits the requirements of the Bays. Guarantees as per agreement.
