TENDERS are invited for the PURCHASE or LEASING of a firstclass HOTEL SITE at Little River, with unequalled frontages, viz., —seven chains to main road, nine chains to road, and seven chains to the railway line, which runs through this most valuable property. The whole is well fenced and divided with yards, capital stabling, &c, already on the ground, and adjoins the schoolhouse. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted, and same to be sent in by lsth January next to A. D. ALLAN, W airewa. December 23, 1876.
