ANNUAL CONTRACTS. Commissariat, New Zealand, Auckland, 17th October, 1845. THE Contractor for the supply of Flour, Bread, Rum, Mould Candles, and Dip Candles, having given the usual notice for the termination of his contract on the 30 th of November next. Notice is hereby given that Tenders for the supply of the .above - mentioned articles, will, be received at this Office until noon of Monday the 17th November, 1845. The conditions of contract are the same as those laid down in the Commissariat Advertisement in the Auckland Times newspaper, of 14th January, calling for Tenders for Annual Contracts. pHimp Turner, D.AC.G.
NOTICE. HE Undersigned having by agreement, bearing date January 20, 1845, purchased from the Native Chiefs belonging thereto all the Kauri Timber and other Wood standing and growing on land known as Whanghapa, on tne. banks of the river Kopite Nui, hereby cautions all persons from cutting and removing any Timber, Spars, or Firewood, from the said land.
