Is Published every riaturday morning, and extens sively citculated at borne and abroad. TERMS—-Ten shillings per Quarter. 1 ADVERTISEMENTS charged as follows: Two Shillings and six pence for the first inch of spaoe, and One Shilling for every succeeding inch. This plan will prevent any mis-understand-ing as to lines ; and the Advertiser may have any amount of Di?PLaV he pleases at a fixed rate of Charge. TO ADVEP.TSSERS* The number of Insertions of Advertisements must be written on the manuscript order, or they will be continued and charged for until countermanded. No verbal communication respecting the insertion, withdrawal, or alteration of Advertisements, will be attended to. Advertisers are requested to send in their ordeis before Twelve o'clock on the day preceding that of publication. Subscribers are requested to forward their names and places of residence to tbis Office, with the least possible delay in order to ensure the correct delivery of their papers; and they are requested to observe that resignations of this journal cannot be accepted after the conimenoement of a quarter.
