The advertrser is known to have lived for the last four years in the most perfect familiarity with mo t of the native chiefs in the pursuit of his professional engagements, and has acquired a knowledge of their Ritenga and Customs, right of progeniture and other rules, without which no form of engagement or contract can oossibly be made available.
