Wi are sorry to observe that the "Nelson Examiner'" complains of not having received our paper regularly, but if we ever so dolorous, we could not help it,—Under the present iniquitous arrangements of the Post Office, we fcever consider any communication by tf'eir means a desirable one. We have sent many packages of papers in duplicate by private hand rather than administer to the Post Office extortion, and inefficiency. Captain Fitzroy has taken the matter in hand, and we hope *»«& to see an amendment in this for we receive from their °ffice, and many others, upon an average, about one in six for every conv *e send. k J
