The new Jury List is published in Saturday’s Government Gazette. The Ordinance dictates that it shall be published in one or more of the newspapers of the Colony,—the magistrates have thought proper to confine its insertion to the Government Gazette, which is, in fa' t, no publication at all—for the circulation of that document is confined to a few official persons, and all the information it contains would be a dead letter, if we, and the other journals of the Colony, did not—unwisely, perhaps, for our own interests—apprize the people gratuitously of what is set forth in that hole-and-corner periodical.
