I The following is the Order Paper to be dealt with at the ordinary and ! statutory meeting of the Vincent County Council to be held on the 23rd inst:— E ection of Chairman for the year 1904/1905, as provided by section 78, part iv, of " The Counties Act, 1886." SPECIAL BUSINESS. Confirming resolutior passed at the special meeting of the Council held on the 26th October, 1904, making a special order under the provisions of " The Counties Act, 1886," and "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," and the Amendments thereof respectively, to pay out of its General Fund the sum of Thirty-six pounds and fourpence, (£36 :—: 4.) per annum, commencing from and including the current financial year, towards the interest payable on the Clyde Water-Race District Loan of £BOO 7s lid. ORDINARY BUSINESS. . Making appointments under " The Hospitals and Charitable Institution's Acts. Considering and ordering on the Balance Sheet for the half-year ending on the 30th September, 1904. Fixing the fee to be charged for Dog Tax for the year 1905.
