Mails close at this office as under:— For Danedin, Ohatto Creek, Ophir Cambrians, Becks Naseby, etc.—Daily at 6am. For Bald Hill Flat, Roxburgh, Lawrence, etc.—Tuesdays, Thursdays,and Saturdays, at 12 coon. For Arrowtown, Queenstown, etc—Mon days, Wednesdays and Fridays, at 1.30 p.m. For Clyde and Cromwell, — Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday*, at 1.30 p.m.; Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, at 4 30 p.m. Hails arrive i-~ From Ounedin, via Otago Central.— arrive 7 p.m. From Lawrence, Roxburgh, Bald Hill Flat, etc., Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 1 30 p.m. From Queenstown, Arrowtown, etc.— Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 12 " on.
