RICE BUNS.
Ingredients : & ozs. of rice flour, 2 teaspoonfuls of plain flour, J teaspoonful of baking powder, 4 ozs, of sugar, 2 ozs. of butter, 2 eggS. Method : Beat butter and sugar together, add the eggs, flour, and baking powder, stir quickly. Bake in small greased patty tins in a hot oven for ten minutes.
