PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Alexandra, at a Special Meeting, held for the purpose, on Monday, 17th October, 1904, duly passed the following Special Resolution intended to operate as a Special Order/:

And further, that a Special Meeting of the said Council be held in the Council Chambers, on Monday, the 14th day of jNovember, 1904, for the purpose of confirming the foregoing Special Resolution intended to operate as a Special Order'."
