A TELEPHONE COMEDY, The young mam with the malicious gleam in hia eye, -who had dropped a penay in the slot of the public telephone and obtained the desired connection, inquired in a falsetto voice—- ' Hello 1 la that Miss Snubbem ?' 1 Yes/ said the voice at the other end of the wire. ■ Who ia this P' ' Beg pardon.
