A SOKGOrTBUBT. I cannot always lee the way that leads , To heights abeve ; I scmetimsa quite forget He ieadi dm on .•• With huSd of love; Bb< yet I know the path saust lead me to Tannannel'a land. And when I retch life's eammitf shall know And andcrstead. I eaanot always faee the onward eouase My skip Bust take; Baft, Icekiig backward, I bekold afar It's shilling wake, Diuarinsd with God'a light of lore, and so lea ward go, la acrfeet trass that He wae held* ihahslm The course anal know.
I cannot always t as the plan on whiok He br.iids my l;f©, Eor of t the toundof hammers, blow oa blow The noise of strife, Coafnse me till I quite forget He knows Aid oversees, And that in all details, with His good plan. My life agxees, I cannot always know and understand The Master's rule; I ear-not always do the tasks He gives In life's hard school; Bat I aaa learning with His help to solve Then, one by one, And when I cannot understand, to say , 'Thy will be done!'
