An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the Perseverance Dredging Oompauy was held at Alexandra on Saturday evening last. The resolution, carried at'a meeting held on the 11th May, that the Company be wound up voluntarily, was confirmedi Mr Ryan's appointment as liquidator was confirmed. The Riley's Beach dredge has been successfully re-floated. The Molyneux Hydraulic dredge resumed work on Wednesday of last week, and on Saturday washed up s|oz for 60 hours' work. The new silt wheel is working splendidly.
