Auction Sales.

This afternoon, Messrs Young, Buchanan, and Co. will offer for sale by auction, on behalf of Mr A. Dunsmuir, a two-roomed dwelling house, together with a residence area of one acre, situate near the Manuherikia road. A considerable quantity of household furniture and effects will also be offered.

On Thursday next, 4fch inst., Messrs Young, Buchanan, and Co, hold an important auction sale on behalf of Mr W. A. Thomson, The auctioneers will offer for sale the eight-roomed residence lately occupied by Mr Thomson, together with three freehold sections of one-eighth of an acre'each. The grounds are well planted with ornamental shrubs and trees, and the residence is one of the best in Alexandra, The sale list also comprises a large quantity of furniture, (almost new), and a miscellaneous assortment of household requisites. On Saturday, February 6th, Mr George Fache will offer for sale by auction, at Bald Hill Flat, on account of Mrs P. E. Hesson, a large assortment of furniture and effects.
